Please note that orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day for next day delivery.

All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery. For any items that fail to be delivered, a card will be left and the item returned to the local Royal Mail depot for personal collection or redelivery. Any items not collected within 3 weeks will be returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of any postage charges of the return.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have 14 working days from receipt of purchase, to return it to us or drop it back to us at the boutique for an exchange or refund.

We ask that you please make sure all products are returned in their
original condition, with their original packing and labels. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.

Underwear is non-returnable unless faulty.

Earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.


Here is what you do:

 

  1. Ensure you are returning within the 14 day time frame

  2. Email info@stylesignatureboutique.co.uk for a return authorisation - please wait for this confirmation BEFORE returning any items to us

  3. Once you have received the return authorisation , place the unwanted items back in to their packaging so that the items are protected

  4. Complete the returns form provided with your order, stating the return authorisation number, the items and reason for return.

  5. Send it back to us AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE (we recommend you send it via a tracked service) or contact info@stylesignatureboutique.co.uk to arrange an in-person return/exchange

  6. We will refund you once we receive the item/s back. This will usually happen within a few days. You will receive an email to confirm once this has been processed.

  7. All refunds are returned to the original payment method within 30 days. Refunds vary depending on your bank but typically it takes up to 5 working days to show up in your account.

  8. Style Signature Boutique is not responsible for return costs.

  9. Faulty Items: On the rare occasion there is a problem with an item, please do not hesitate to let us know. Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of receipt of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it fore the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Please send photos of the fault via email to info@stylesignatureboutique.co.uk stating the problem and your online order details. If the item was purchased in store then please bring your receipt with you.



For items purchased in Style Signature Boutique we are happy to exchange/refund for perfect full price merchandise returned within 14 days of purchase on production of a valid receipt. If returned between 14-28 days of purchase we are happy to issue a store credit for perfect full price merchandise.

All products must be returned in their original condition, with their original packing and labels.

Items bought in-store during sale periods are final sale and cannot be returned. Items bought online during sale periods can be returned for a store credit.

Credit notes are valid for 6 months and cannot be redeemed for cash or used in sale/promotional periods.
